    1. How can I submit an order for my Product?
      1. From the Home page, select ‘PRODUCTS’ from the main menu, or select the ‘PLACE ORDER’ tile
      2. Select ‘VIEW’ for the product you wish to order
      3. Enter your requested Production date + quantity required (in physical cases)
      4. Select ‘ADD TO CART’, return to ‘PRODUCTS’ page and add more products to your cart as required
      5. When all products have been added to your cart, select the cart icon at the top right-hand side of your browser, select ‘PLACE ORDER’
      6. Select your preferred shipping address
      7. Add your Purchase Order number and select ‘PLACE ORDER’
      8. Your Order number will appear on the screen and can also be accessed on the ‘ORDER HISTORY’ page, found from the main menu on the Home page
    2. How can I check my Dry good inventory (Supplied by me, not purchased by PRW)?
      1. From the Home page, select DRY GOODS from the main menu
      2. Your Dry Goods inventory will be available for you to view
    3. How can I submit a request for a new quote or a new product to be set up?
      1. From the Home page, select ‘MY QUOTATIONS’ from the main menu, or select the ‘MY QUOTATIONS’ tile
      2. Select ‘New Quotation’ and populate relevant fields
      3. You can save your progress, and return to complete at a later date by selecting the ‘SAVE’ button at the bottom of the page
      4. When you are finished, select the ‘SUBMIT’ button at the bottom of the page
    4. Do I need to set up a new product for a vintage roll?
      1. Yes, any change to a products master data specification, will require a new product to be set up
      2. Submit for a new product via the ‘MY QUOTATIONS’ page
    5. How can I share documents for approval, or approve a document sent to me for review?
      1. From the Home page, select ‘DOCUMENTS’ from the main menu, or select the ‘DOCUMENTS’ tile
      2. From here, you can view any documents pending review or approval, and see all previously approved/shared documents
      3. Select ‘New Attachment’ to upload a new document
    6. How can I check, edit or add a new address to my portfolio?
      1. From the Home page, select ‘ADDRESSES’ from the main menu
      2. All available addresses will be shown on this page, where you can select your default shipping and billing address, edit existing addresses and add new addresses by selecting the ‘Add New Address’ button
